Once we’ve put together the perfect vacation, I’ll book the trip for you with a deposit and three payment options:
Monthly payments
Bi-Weekly payments
‘Pay When You Want’ - as long as balance is paid before due date
Most final payments are due within 30-45 days of trip departure. We’ll be in constant contact up until you return from your vacation! Deposits are only available for trips booked at least 6 weeks out. Remember, prices of trips are subject to change at any moment without a deposit.
There is now a $29 research and planning fee associated with my trip research & pre-planning. There have been a lot of inquiries and to ensure I am working with those of you who are serious about taking a vacation, this fee has now been implemented.
Once your planning inquiry is confirmed, you will receive a separate email within 24 hours with an inquiry form asking more information about your trip. From there, we’ll begin booking and researching! If you do not choose to book the trip, this fee is non-refundable and used as payment for planning, research and itinerary creation.
